Last month probably was one of my worst times in my life. I suddenly broke down without knowing exact reasons. It was probably I faced these two main problems: study issues and the pandemic. Because of pandemic, I always stay home and studying online everyday.

How did I treat myself when I felt down last month? Here are the strategies and it works well.

I started to worry about my condition. Then I told myself I couldn't let that problems to control my life. Last month, I wrote about this problem and listed down the simple solutions: What to do when I feel sad and I don't know why. It's just less than 2 weeks that I follow the list below and it works pretty well. Now I feel more fresh and clear to myself. I don't feel like hating myself like last month. In case any of you are facing the same or similar to my problems, you can try to follow the list below and I hope it will help you guys like it helped me. The list is very simple and very easy to follow.

The 2 most important points in the list are self-love and eat well and always be positive. We must love ourselves and always eat well because it's the first thing that lead to physical strengthening. We can't be sick both mental and physical at the same time. Then try to think positive all the time. Everything will be and definitely fine as time goes. It may take time but it always works. Believe me. It happened to me very often and I always let's time heal my wounds. Not for long, I always feel better then start the new days with smile and hope.
