The answer is YES.
I saw many scholarship seekers always asked about this question.
While many students prepare for IELTS and TOEFL tests for their scholarship requirement, I don't have any of them.
Sound impossible, right?
Many of you may wonder how can I apply for scholarship abroad without English certificates.
Am I a liar?
At first I also thought the same.
Every scholarship, especially scholarship abroad, must require English tests, except for native English applicants.
Interestingly, not all universities need it.
Both, my Master Degree and PhD Degree were not required English test.
That's wonderful.

Telling you, the world is not always cruel.
Even in some European countries, such as Germany and Netherlands, don't require English test.
Instead, there must be very high competition for those universities that don't need English test.
Many applicants will apply for those universities even they have IELTS and TOEFL in hands.
So that it will give them more priority than those who don't have.
However, never loss hope.
You always have me by your side at his point.
Keep me in your scholarship journey if you are worrying about your English requirement.
To do so, you need to search for universities that English is not compulsory.
After you find those universities, then go for it.
By reading through this content, what do you think of my English?
Is it worse than your English?
I think so.
I learnt English since I was little but I still couldn't pronounce very well.
I don't know many professional words.
I learnt to memorize by heart but forgot after a few days.
The only problem is that since I started learning English, I didn't go to good schools.
Telling you, I was born in a very small village which didn't have enough foods, didn't have enough clothes, didn't have enough electricity, and no clean water to use, etc., but my parents still managed money for me and my siblings to study English.
Unfortunately, all the places which I studied English were just at random houses.
I studied here and there without a formal and professional English schools.
That's the reason that my English pronunciation is pretty bad.
It's very difficult to change my pronunciation right now because it was what I always did since I started learning English.
I remembered, in 2016, when I was studying my Master's Degree in Nanjing, China, a friend of mine, who from Germany, didn't understand what I was talking about.
I usually used easy words for communication but he still didn't understand what I was talking about.
What ashamed!
I also remembered another friend who from Russia, she didn't understand what I was asking her.
I asked her, "Have you had dinner?".
After a short silent from her face of wondering, I asked again.
I thought maybe she didn't hear my question properly.
Again, another silence.
Then, I realized that she didn't understand my question.
The best thing to let her understand my question was body language.

My question was correct.
The only problem about this question was my pronunciation of the word "Dinner".
After came back to my room, I was thinking of that moment and knew that my English must be very bad.
Now that you knew my English background, you must think that at least your English is much much better than mine.
Therefore, everything is possible in this world.
Your dream to study abroad is always waiting for you.
Importantly, my English improved a lot while I was studying my Master Degree because I needed to use English everyday and everywhere.
