Sometimes it happens immediately. I am sitting in front of my computer, suddenly, old day memories appear in my mind. It made me sad though.

These old memories are about my life in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.

I did my Master's Degree in Nanjing.

Missing Old Days

It's been 2 years now. Time flies so fast. I can't imagine it's this fast.

It seems like YESTERDAY.

I miss my university, my room, my campus, library, canteen, a small lake inside the campus, especially, my friends there.

After graduated in 2018, we said goodbye and left to our countries. I haven't met any of them except a friend from USA while he was traveling in Cambodia and got stuck due to the Corona Virus. It's a sad story in my life as an international student.

However, I need to move on. Not everything we met, meant to stay with us. Our lives as a student abroad is like a dream. My very first day in China, I thought it's so long to finish master degree. Two years later, damn, it's so fast and there were many things that I didn't do during I was there.

After I came back home, I started finding jobs. I was so unhappy and frustrated with my life that I got to do the jobs I didn't like. So, as my experience as an international student, I would like to tell you guys that two years are not long at all.

Missing Old Days

If you want to do somethings, just do it (not related to illegal things). I meant, go shopping, eat your favorite foods, go to your favorite places, and so on.

What you need to do is to enjoy your life as an international student during these two years.

Focus on your studying is one thing. Enjoy your life is another thing. We need to balance our lives. Many interesting things to do abroad. So, take advantages of it and you will never regret it as I did right now.
