What Should I Do If I Only Have 10 Minutes Everyday To Change My Life?

If my life can change by that 10 minutes a day, 1 important thing I will do is to keep up writing my blogs.

The most important thing about this question isn't that you have 10 minutes a day but it's all about that 10 minutes everyday.

What Should I Do If I Only Have 10 Minutes Everyday To Change My Life?

Even if it's just 10 minutes a day, it's worth if you can keep going till tomorrow, the next day, and then the following days.


The next question is "Whether you can keep carrying that 10 minutes everyday?"

The first time I hear this question, I will probably say YES immediately.

Days pass, I'm sure I will start to feel bored, tired, no inspiration, busy,...etc.

Many excuses I will make to have that 10 minutes a day. I know myself because I experienced it.

I know that that 10 minutes is important because it will become my routine and it probably can change my life. Who know?

If It's impossible to keep up writing 10 minutes everyday.

Now, let give it a try for 3-5 days a week.

Sounds good?

It's still called discipline.

Unless we never give up, it will work well.


I read research articles almost every day, especially on weekdays.

I also need to rest on weekends.

On Saturday, usually I take a long nap after lunch because I already tired from weekdays.

On Sunday, usually I watch movies/dramas or read something interesting beside research articles. I maybe write a blog for my website.


I give an example about myself as a newbie blogger.

At first, I created this website just for fun without domain because I saw many blogs around the internet. It made me want to have one of my own.

Not for long, I started thinking of making this website for motivating and encouraging people to do what they love.

Unfortunately, it didn't really work well due to language barrier and especially I am studying. I need more time to concentrate on my research.


My New Plan


2021 just started and I considered it as a new page of my life.

2021 encourages me to make plan for my study and for me as a newbie blogger.

My new plan is simple to read at least 2-3 research articles and at least publish 1-2 contents in this website weekly.

While I was planning, I asked myself many times if I could do it.

Few days later, I told myself it's not easy actually but it doesn't mean it's impossible.

The thing is if you tell yourself that you going to read 2 articles this week, you will find a way to complete it because you do what you told to yourself.

After I started following this plan two weeks ago for my website, now I have 3 awaited contents which already scheduled for this week and next week publishing.

What Should I Do If I Only Have 10 Minutes Everyday To Change My Life?

Noted that, I didn't plan to write my contents 10 minutes everyday but at least 2 days every week with 1 hour each day. Sounds pretty comfortable for me.

So pick up what you are going to do with the 10 minutes or 20 minutes (up to your plan) daily or at least fixed and exact days weekly. To do so you will think of it as a discipline.

You will never know who you will be after half year or after 1 year from this 10 minutes everyday.
